Junior High Director of Boys and Senior High Director of Boys

West End Community Church (https://westendcc.org/), a welcoming, relational Presbyterian Church of America (PCA) congregation near downtown Nashville, is seeking an experienced, vision-minded full-time Junior High Director of Boys and a full-time Senior High Director of Boys who are able to lead and equip strong volunteer teams to embrace the next generation of disciples. The job responsibilities are three-fold:
- Provide long-term vision implementation and leadership for a sustainable youth ministry that develops youth into lifelong disciples of Jesus.
- Lead and shepherd a team of volunteer staff to thrive, and grow the youth ministry using their unique God-given talents.
- Understand the importance of whole family discipleship.
Qualifications for this position include the ability to actively engage students through teaching, the value of Scripture, the ability to engage with families, excellent communication and relational skills, and proven ability to effectively build a ministry structure with a particular focus on ministry to boys. Interested candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and substantial youth ministry experience.
