Second Presbyterian Church (www.secondpreslr.org) seeks a full-time Director (or Assoc Pastor) of Youth and Young Adults. Our next leader will bring depth of faith, energy, creativity and a vision of youth ministry where youth experience spiritual growth, support, service to others, and fellowship.
In 2006, we opened a state-of-the-art 7600 sq. ft. Youth Building. Almost all on-campus youth activities take place in the Youth Building. It is a place where each youth is seen and valued as an individual and where youth are active in leadership. It is a place where emphasis is placed on developing a safe, loving community in which self-esteem is strengthened, Christianity is modeled, faith is nurtured, and the Bible is learned and exemplified. We also offer the building to other groups each year such as youth groups traveling to and from summer mission trips and conferences around the country.

Salary range depends on experience and ordination status.
