The Director of Youth (DOY) leads two co-located youth ministries serving both the FPC Dallas congregation and Dallas Youth Mission (DYM). During the summer months, the DOY will dedicate approximately 75% of time to DYM and 25% to FPC Dallas; the ratio is reversed the rest of the year. The DOY will cultivate and maintain relationships through fellowship, recruit and retain DYM group leaders, youth sponsors, Sunday school teachers, and confirmation partners and coordinate, lead all youth ministry activities, and more.
