Join NEXT Church for a two-part roundtable conversation in partnership with the Presbyterian Youth Workers Association.

PART ONE

Youth can and want to have an impact as they view the political and social turmoil around them. This Roundtable Discussion will explore the current political challenges faced in communities across the country and the ways youth and their leaders can “show up” alongside one another to create change.

PART TWO

Using the frame of Jesus’ call to his followers in Matthew 25, this Roundtable Discussion will explore the call to embody justice and hope in the face of countless challenges. How can we continue to insist on an abundant life for all when the powers and principalities would have us believe otherwise? How can we maintain our hope that God’s kin(g)dom is possible?
