Seeking a Director of Youth Ministry who will bring energy, faith, and strong relational leadership to guide the
spiritual growth of middle and high school students at FPC Greensboro. This role provides
vision, oversight, and direction for a well-established youth program, working closely with the
Youth Formation Committee, Christian Formation team, and church staff. It offers a flexible
schedule, a collaborative and supportive ministry environment, and the opportunity to serve
within a vibrant, engaged congregation.
